Description

10ml packaging (or 50ml) containing 100% edible Cajeput Essential Oil.

Cajeput (Cajeput), Latin name Melaleuca Cajuputi, is an evergreen, medium-sized tree of the Myrtaceae family, native to northern Australia, New Guinea, and eastern Indonesia.

The Aborigines have long known its healing properties. They used its leaves as a poultice for their analgesic action and inhaled its steam to treat respiratory infections.

The essential oil of Cajeput is extracted from the leaves and twigs of the plant using steam distillation and has a light yellow color and a sweet, herbal, intense aroma that resembles camphor.

Cajeput essential oil helps in healing various respiratory ailments, colds, and coughs, as well as combatting nasal infections, pharyngitis, and sinusitis.

Additionally, it is indicated for urinary tract conditions, such as cystitis and urinary infections, and acts as an antiseptic. It soothes irritations from insect bites, is antispasmodic, and relaxes the body from muscle and rheumatic pain.

It is used for balancing skin oiliness and eliminating blemishes and spots. On a psychological level, it aids concentration and improves mood.

It is antibacterial, especially against staphylococcus and enterococcus, for the skin and mucous membranes. It also exhibits antiviral effects against genital herpes and the flu.

The analgesic action is particularly valued for headaches, toothaches, and ear pain. The essential oil is preferably taken through rubs, inhalation, aromatic candles, or internal application.

Cajeput essential oil is used in aromatherapy to combat fatigue due to its strong and stimulating actions.

It combines excellently with Rosemary, Fir, Camphor, Cypress, Lemon, Bergamot.

Attention! High concentrations may cause skin irritation.
