Kraft Rust Blocker alkyd primer is applied to metal surfaces such as railings, agricultural machinery and vehicle bodies to protect them from rust. Its formula contains non-toxic anti-corrosion pigments and creates a uniform matt surface, ready for the application of the topcoat.
It can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces with a brush, roller or spray gun. It is ready to use, but can be thinned as needed depending on the application method. The touch-dry time is 1–2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity, while the minimum recoating time is 24 hours.
