In February 1913 (a landmark year for Rudolf Steiner and Anthroposophy), the first General Assembly of the Anthroposophical movement took place. On September 20, the foundation stone for the Goetheanum was laid in Dornach, establishing the basis for Anthroposophy as we know it today.
In this series of lectures, Rudolf Steiner puts things in their proper perspective, attempting to establish a correct relationship of service to the spiritual worlds in accordance with the spirit of the age. For the first time, Rudolf Steiner openly reveals the need for a true "School of Michael" as well as the fact that both he and Anthroposophy (the fruit of his spiritual research) are earthly representatives of Michael.
