Hermione and Niki were planning their future. But everything was about to change soon… “The Chetes are coming! Quickly, gather your things!” the horsemen shouted that night. The caravan of the uprooted set out in the chaos of the night. Kavala, Thessaloniki, Xanthi, Drama, the first cities that would welcome them to shelter within ruins the remnants of an entire life.

Hermione and Niki will be tested. Each will choose a different path. Hermione, in the hospital bed, fighting to stay alive, will try to move forward deciding that she must live. Niki, on the other hand, will not withstand poverty and despair. The House of Enchantment in Ladadika will offer her everything she desires in exchange for her own body, but she will struggle to maintain her dignity.

Two women who fought to stand tall. Each in her own way, each with love defining her steps differently. What is right and what is wrong? Happiness is a matter of moments and it only depends on us whether we will find it and whether we will live it.
