Having read and loved the book "Midnight in the Library" by the same author, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this new book of his.

This book is a self-improvement book with small excerpts - notes from the author that helped him in his personal development. It contains thoughts, quotes, poems, song lyrics that uplift your mood, and much more. But above all, it contains genuine, authentic, and honest words from a person who experienced depression to the fullest.

It is a book that has no beginning, middle, and end. You can start it from any point you want, and it is structured in such a way that it only takes five minutes of your day to read at least one page.

Furthermore, it is one of those books that challenges you to take notes, put stickers, share its excerpts on social media, copy its words into your journal so that you never forget what you read.

I really liked it! I didn't expect to love it so much! It is exactly what it promises! Matt Haig's words comfort you, inspire you, and give you the motivation to live!

Since recently you have been constantly asking me to recommend books for the beach, this book is definitely one of the books that will relax and unwind you this summer! I highly recommend it!
