It does not dissolve well at all in juices because it forms liquid clumps. But it is stated on the packaging that it requires a shaker or mixing bottle. I mix it with a spoon with poor results.
In lukewarm water, it dissolves with a spoon if you leave it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
I remove one star because although I was taking it for more than four months, I had an osteoarthritis flare-up in my knee, which did not improve for 18 days. This particular one is simply undrinkable, I tried a lot but it reminds me of taking antibiotic syrup (like the ones we used to take as kids that had small grains inside and our parents would chase us with the syringe to force us to swallow it).

Σαν συστατικά υπόσχεται πολλά.. η γεύση του όμως σε απωθεί απ την λήψη του . (δώστε 15 ευρώ παραπάνω και πάρτε τις ίδιες ουσίες σε χάπια )
For the dosages of the ingredients, it makes it quite economical! I use it frequently for tendon injuries from powerlifting. I take 1/3 of the dose when I'm okay and a full dose when I'm injured. Regarding the taste, it doesn't concern me at all because I see it as medicine and judge it for its effectiveness and not for unrelated reasons; however, I prefer the tropical flavor, but I buy the cheapest one. In case of a torn meniscus, this was by far the most effective because it has the highest concentration of beneficial ingredients regardless of the taste you will get. Επισύναψα και τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά που δεν αναγράφονται στην περιγραφή. Αναφορικά με τη γεύση, παίρνω σταθερά το Black Currant και το βρίσκω ικανοποιητικό και πολύ γλυκό, είναι θέμα καθαρά υποκειμενικό, διότι εμένα μου αρέσουν και οι μπάμιες.

Θεωρώ ότι είναι ό,τι πιο πλήρες υπάρχει στην αγορά, καθώς περιέχει όλα τα συστατικά που βοηθούν στην αναδημιουργία του χόνδρου. Το έλαβα με τη σύμφωνη γνώμη του φυσιοθεραπευτή μου. Επισύναψα και τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά που δεν αναγράφονται στην περιγραφή. Αναφορικά με τη γεύση, παίρνω σταθερά το Black Currant και το βρίσκω ικανοποιητικό και πολύ γλυκό, είναι θέμα καθαρά υποκειμενικό, διότι εμένα μου αρέσουν και οι μπάμιες.

Its active ingredients are carefully selected and there are many of them. It took me years to learn about them, meaning I used to take them one by one in the past. It does not contain chemicals as active substances. It even contains selected plant extracts.
It does not dissolve well at all in juices because it forms liquid clumps. But it is stated on the packaging that it requires a shaker or mixing bottle. I mix it with a spoon with poor results.
In lukewarm water, it dissolves with a spoon if you leave it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
I remove one star because although I was taking it for more than four months, I had an osteoarthritis flare-up in my knee, which did not improve for 18 days. However, I was taking half the dose of Arthro Forte. I saw improvement in my knee only when I started rubbing it with cheap 100% DMSO (in a glass bottle) from the first day, and by the fourth day, I saw a big difference.

Τα συστατικά ενεργά του είναι είναι ένα και ένα διαλεγμένα και είναι πολλά. Για να τα μάθω μου πήρε χρόνια, δηλαδή τα έπαιρνα ένα-ένα παλιά. Δεν περιέχει χημικά ως ενεργές ουσίες. Περιέχει μέχρι και διαλεγμένα φυτικά εκχυλίσματα.
Δεν διαλύεται καθόλου καλά σε χυμούς γιατί κάνει υγρομπαλάκια. Αλλά το αναγράφει στην συσκευασία ότι θέλει shaker ή μπουκάλι ανάδευσης. Εγώ το ανακατεύω με το κουταλάκι με κακά αποτελέσματα.
Σε χλιαρό νερό διαλύεται με κουταλάκι αν το αφήσεις λίγα λεπτά, ανακατεύοντας που και που.
Αφαιρώ ένα αστέρι γιατί ενώ το έπαιρνα για πάνω από τέσσερεις μήνες, μου ήρθε κρίση οστεοαρθρίτιδας στο γόνατο, χωρίς να βελτιώνεται για για 18 μέρες. Έπαιρνα όμως την μισή δόση του Arthro Forte. Είδα βελτίωση στο γόνατο, μόνο όταν άρχισα να το αλοίφω με το φθηνό 100% DMSO (σε γυάλινο μπουκάλι) μέσα από την πρώτη μερα, ενώ την τέταρτη είχα μεγάλη διαφορά.
Many say that it worked for them after 1 or 2 weeks of use. I wonder how they managed more than 3 days of continuous use. This particular one is simply undrinkable, I tried a lot but it reminds me of taking antibiotic syrup (like the ones we used to take as kids that had small grains inside and our parents would chase us with the syringe to force us to swallow it).
As ingredients, it promises a lot... but its taste puts you off from taking it. (Spend 15 euros more and get the same substances in pills.)

Εγώ απορώ πως άντεξαν πάνω από 3 μέρες συνεχόμενης λήψης. το συγκεκριμένο απλά δεν πίνετε, προσπάθησα πολύ αλλά θυμίζει σαν να παίρνεις σιρόπι αντιβίωσης (απ αυτές που παίρναμε σαν παιδιά που είχαν μικρούς κόκους μεσα και μας κυνηγούσαν με την σύριγγα οι γονεις μας για να την καταπιουμε με το ζορι) .
Σαν συστατικά υπόσχεται πολλά.. η γεύση του όμως σε απωθεί απ την λήψη του . (δώστε 15 ευρώ παραπάνω και πάρτε τις ίδιες ουσίες σε χάπια )
For the dosages of the ingredients, it makes it quite economical! I use it frequently for tendon injuries from powerlifting. I take 1/3 of the dose when I'm okay and a full dose when I'm injured. Regarding the taste, it doesn't concern me at all because I see it as medicine and judge it for its effectiveness and not for unrelated reasons; however, I prefer the tropical flavor, but I buy the cheapest one. Για τις δοσολογίες των συστατικών που έχει το κάνει αρκετά οικονομικό ! Το χρησιμοποιώ κατά κόρων για τραυματισμούς σε τένοντες από powerlifting. Παίρνω το 1/3 της δόσης όταν είμαι οκ και φουλ δόση όταν τραυματίζομαι . Για το θέμα τις γεύσης δεν με απασχολεί καθόλου γιατί το βλέπω ως φάρμακο και το κρίνω για την αποτελεσματικότητα του και όχι για άσχετους λόγους , παρόλα αυτά προτιμώ το tropical , αλλά αγοράζω το πιο φτηνό . Ελπίζω να βοήθησα γιατί τα αλλα σχόλια είναι εκτός θέματος .
It is indeed difficult for anyone to swallow. Bad taste. Basically, at first the taste is okay like raspberries, etc. but with an aftertaste of bitterness. The collagen is not properly covered.
πράγματι δύσκολο να το καταπιεί κανείς. χαλιά γεύση. βασικά στην αρχή η γεύση είναι οκ σαν βατόμουρα κλπ αλλά με επιγευση πτωματιλα. δεν καλύπτονται σωστά τα κολαγωνα.
