Its active ingredients are carefully selected and there are many of them. It took me years to learn about them, meaning I used to take them one by one in the past. It does not contain chemicals as active substances. It even contains selected plant extracts.
It does not dissolve well at all in juices because it forms liquid clumps. But it is stated on the packaging that it requires a shaker or mixing bottle. I mix it with a spoon with poor results.
In lukewarm water, it dissolves with a spoon if you leave it for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

It is indeed difficult for anyone to swallow. Bad taste. Basically, at first the taste is okay like raspberries, etc. but with an aftertaste of bitterness. The collagen is not properly covered.

In case of a torn meniscus, this was by far the most effective because it has the highest concentration of beneficial ingredients regardless of the taste you will get. Only in powder form, not in pills. You can see the difference one hour after taking it. It helps a lot until the completion of physical therapy and strengthening with weights naturally.

The ingredients are incredible!!! I have not found another product with so many good ingredients at this price. However, it dissolves difficultly and has a terrible smell. The taste is so-so. Very good product with ingredients that you can't find in any other at this price. I saw immediate results in a serious problem with tendinitis in shoulders, thumbs, and legs... Within 15 days, 90% improvement, after 3 boxes I took a break for 2-3 months and started again... Unfortunately, I can't find the apricot flavor, but the tropical fruit is not bad, it's drinkable.
