This study examines the presence of literature in the interwar magazines, focusing on the observations related to the magazine Children's World (1930-1952) published by Georgios Vlessas.

The detailed examination of the content and form of Children's World and, mainly, the systematic presentation of its literary material provide reliable data for the reading pursuits of the young audience and enriches the literary and pedagogical research concerning the critical period of the interwar years and the first post-war decade.
