For example, when mine tried, her leg got tangled. One way to attach it to the railings is with cable ties, which are very cheap. If you need height because your cat jumps onto the railing, you will need to get 2-3-4 thin rods (iron-plastic-wood-you name it) depending on how big your balcony is, so you can extend the height. And even if it manages to climb the net (which is unlikely), it won't be able to get to the other side. I bought it for a blind cat, afraid it might fall from the second floor. It worked. In the same apartment building, an apartment with 3 cats installed the same net and it also prevents the cats from climbing. Yes, there is also the proper net which is more expensive and requires holes in walls, ironwork, etc. Surely as a material it is stronger than this one, but we're talking about cats that climb, not crocodiles

Το συγκεκριμένο δίχτυ σε σχέση με το γνωστό πλαστικό πλέγμα (που είναι και κακάσχημο), έχει το προτέρημα πως οι γάτες δεν μπορούν να το σκαρφαλώσουν διότι δεν είναι σταθερό, Η δικιά μου πχ όταν το προσπάθησε μπλέχτηκε το πόδι της. Ενας τρόπος να το πιάσεις στα κάγκελα είναι τα δεματικά καλωδίων που είναι πάμφθηνα. Αν θέλετε ύψος γιατί το γατί σας πηδάει πάνω στο κάγκελο, θα πρέπει να πάρετε 2-3-4 λεπτά (σίδερα-πλαστικά-ξύλο-you name it) ανάλογα πόσο μεγάλο το μπαλκόνι σας ώστε να κάνετε προέκταση στο ύψος. και να κατορθώσει να το ανέβει το δίχτυ (που είναι απίθανο), δεν θα μπορέσει να βγει από την άλλη πλευρά. Το αγόρασα για τυφλό γατί με φόβο μην πέσει απο τον δεύτερο. Λειτούργησε. Στην ίδια πολυκατοικία διαμέρισμα με 3 γάτες έβαλε το ίδιο και επίσης αποτρέπει τα γατιά να σκαρφαλώνουν. Ναι υπάρχει και το κανονικό δίχτυ που είναι πιο ακριβό και θέλει τρύπες σε τοίχους, σιδεριές κλπ, σίγουρα σαν υλικό είναι πιο γερό από αυτό, αλλά για γάτες που σκαρφαλώνουν μιλάμε, όχι για κροκόδειλους
