I bought it to strengthen my hair and didn't pay attention to my nails and skin. However, after a month of use, I noticed a tremendous improvement in my facial skin, and at first, I didn't realize it was due to this. I realized it when others started noticing it on me; the difference was so obvious.
Update: I started the treatment because I had lost half of my hair due to mourning and stress. Their quality was at a low point. Within three months, my hair has doubled, the strands have come to life, their oiliness has been regulated, and at the same time, they look more hydrated. Zero hair loss now; on the contrary, I have filled in new growth, and my curls have returned as well. I take one tablet a day along with a Solgar Biotin pill. Previously, I had taken Klorane keratin caps, which are also very good and effective, but I will stick with Solgar because it gives that extra glow to my facial skin.

The biggest negative point is that the capsules are extremely large and elongated in shape, making them very difficult to swallow. Specifically, I almost choke when I put them in my throat and I have to cut them in half to take them, so this is not very convenient or practical.

not the original. the tablets are white and has the different shape, the original are beige in grey speckles (usually buy it on iHerb but this time decide to try from here). and of course it does not work at all (took it during a month) while the original starts working 2 week after starting to use. very disappointed, have no photo because they are thrown away already.

Hello from me, I also got the vitamin M pills that arrived, I was feeling tired in the morning and almost had dizziness, headache, nausea... unfortunately BUT the instructions say to take it with meals and when I tried it at lunchtime I didn't feel anything.. so whoever is bothered by it I guess they should take it with food. I will come back for the results.
