    Good stone non-stick coating (supposedly without PFOA) but the plastic handle is of very poor quality, resulting in the pan being quite heavy to handle, for example in cases of deep frying with a large amount of oil.

    Update: After almost a year of use, the pan heats very poorly (the heat does not spread evenly), resulting in not frying food well, e.g. crepes (in one spot they have color while in another spot they are white).
