      Initially, I will start by saying that I upgraded from a 5600x to a 7900x3d and the difference is huge. Setting up the computer, I did the classic stress tests like cinebench / prime95 etc - I can honestly say I laughed when running the prime test, being one of those that theoretically are the "toughest" on your processor, the speeds and temperatures of the processor were nothing short of extreme. It never went above 75c with an arctic liquid freezer III 360 and it ran smoothly. Overall, I consider it an excellent processor, although overkill for my needs since it won't be used as a workstation but only for gaming & streaming. For what I do, I can say that so far it is a flawless processor that can do everything and will definitely retain its power for many years to come as you won't need to upgrade easily.
