Description

NoCarb® products meet the requirements of Directive 2009/39/EC for foods intended for special dietary uses.

Recipe:

  • 1 pack of NoCarb® Sponge Cake Mix
  • 5 large eggs (about 300 g)
  • 30 ml oil
  • 120 g sweetener of your choice

Method:

Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, whisk until lightened, and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg whites and make a stiff meringue. Add the fiber mix to the egg yolk and incorporate, then add the egg meringue and mix gently until homogeneous. Pour the mixture into the baking mold and place in a preheated oven at 160°C. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Store in: a cool, dry place.
