Recipe:

• 1 package of NoCarb® Sponge Cake Mix
• 5 large eggs (about 300 g)
• 30 ml oil
• 120 g sweetener of your choice

Method:

Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, mix until they lighten, and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg white and make a stiff foam. Add the fiber mix to the egg yolk, incorporate, then add the egg foam and mix gently until the mixture is homogeneous. Then pour the mixture into the baking tray and place it in a preheated oven (160°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Store in: a dry and cool place
