Following the release of Release the Bats and Return of the Bats, which explored the events in the local dark music scene during its first thirty-five years, comes Resurrect the Bats.

This is the natural continuation of the previous two books, which meticulously documents everything that contributed to the preservation and evolution of the Greek dark alternative scene over the past five years - difficult years in a country trying to get back on its feet after a severe economic crisis, steeped in social insecurity and also hit by the coronavirus pandemic - but also years during which this scene managed to move and breathe with enviable creativity as it had done in the past.

In this edition, as in the two previous ones, an effort is made to document the key events that defined the Greek dark alternative scene as well as to present its most significant representatives, each of whom contributed in their own way, adding their own piece to its multidimensional mosaic.
