Dried Osmotic Strawberry
Osmosis is the process of dehydrating natural fruits, through which thermal processing is avoided and the original structure is preserved, keeping the valuable components of the fruits intact.
Natural osmosis, in contrast to conventional methods, extends the shelf life of products up to 18 months, making them more functional for the food industry. The comparative result for consumers is that only fresh, top-quality fruits are selected and no preservatives or additives are used.
