I didn't like the taste, taste is subjective compared to other protein products. As for the ingredients, it's okay, the smell didn't bother me but the taste didn't... if you're someone who is used to vanilla, chocolate, or caramel, it's difficult to switch to this one permanently.

The casein powder has a different behavior than whey. It makes a mixture thicker because it retains more liquid. It doesn't say much on its own with milk, but if you add other things like oats, banana, peanut butter, etc., you make a wonderful evening (or morning) meal.
