    I saw that it foamed, I smelled its chemicals but it didn't do the job...

    I have a built-in GEBERIT flush tank, 3 years old, which has a small leak.
    I read that this product removes the limescale that causes the gaskets not to seal properly and decided to try it.
    I followed the instructions exactly and even noticed that in Greek they are not clear, so I followed the English ones. So, the instructions are also poorly translated.
    So I let it work but nothing happened. The leak continued.
    After 2 days, reading online, I found the solution of white vinegar (€2.98 for 4 liters) and I put about 1.5 liters and left it overnight.
    The next morning the leak stopped!

    I can't draw any other conclusion than that vinegar, which is cheaper and non-toxic (clearly stated on the product label), is better as it is cheaper and more effective.

Faren liquid cleaner removes limescale and is suitable for bathroom surfaces such as toilets, taps and tiles. The flexible FLEXI bottle makes it easier to apply in hard-to-reach areas.

For general use, apply to the surface and scrub with a brush or sponge if needed. Leave to work for 5 minutes, then wipe and rinse. For ceramic toilet bowls with limescale or yellow stains, apply directly and leave to work for 1 to 8 hours before rinsing. For taps and tiles, apply with a damp sponge, scrub gently and wipe immediately with a cloth before rinsing. For ceramic floors, dilute 50 ml of product in 5 l of water.
