Description

Description

The coating is based on gray color, so it never yellows, even with the toughest acidic materials. 

The baking mold is suitable for an oven. 

Cleaning & Care:

You can wash it by hand or place it in the dishwasher after the utensil has cooled down. Scrub the surface of the utensil, inside and out, only with the soft side of the sponge. Use mild dish detergents. Rinse the utensil with hot water until all food residues are removed. Always dry the utensil very well with a towel or cloth. 

For the maintenance of the utensil and the non-stick coating, it is recommended to periodically coat the interior with a small amount of vegetable oil and a towel. The utensil should be dry before applying the oil.

    I love the products of this company, but the mold is a complete disappointment... I have to use a hundred kilograms of oil and flour to prevent the cake from sticking... such a shame!
