I got it as an alternative solution to the electric breast pump I already had and as a cheaper option compared to other similar pumps (e.g. Haakaa). It suctions onto the breast and essentially collects milk. It doesn't work like manual or electric breast pumps. It can be used simultaneously with breastfeeding, on the breast where the baby is not nursing, or to collect a little milk and relieve breast congestion. It takes practice to position it, and for that reason, I deducted one star as I managed to put it on after several attempts. It is very easy to clean and sterilize. For its price, I recommend it!
Το πήρα σαν εναλλακτική λύση στο ηλεκτρικό θήλαστρο που ήδη είχα και σαν φθηνότερη επιλογή σε σχέση με άλλα παρόμοια θήλαστρα (βλ. Haakaa). Βεντουζάρει στο στήθος και στην ουσία συλλέγει γάλα. Δεν λειτουργεί όπως τα χειροκίνητα ή τα ηλεκτρικά θήλαστρα. Μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ταυτόχρονα με το θηλασμό, στο στήθος όπου δεν θηλάζει το μωρό, ή για να συλλέξει λίγο γάλα και να αποσυμφορηθεί ο μαστός. Θέλει εξάσκηση για την τοποθέτηση, και για αυτό αφαίρεσα ένα αστέρι καθώς κατάφερνα να το βάλω μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες. Είναι πολύ εύκολο στο καθαρισμό και την αποστείρωση.
