Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), Swiss doctor and pioneer of psychoanalysis, is one of the greatest thinkers of the 20th century.
And although his ideas have profoundly influenced our modern cultural reality and although he was the inventor of numerous revolutionary concepts, such as synchronicity, the collective unconscious, archetypes, and complexes, he remains, I feel, largely an unknown known.
This is also the reason why I felt an urgent need to try to make the thoughts of this visionary accessible to the general public, which builds a bridge between psychology and quantum physics and demonstrates how great the need for meaning and symbolic or spiritual life is in humans in order to experience deep euphoric feelings.
This belief of Jung will separate him from Freud and lead him to experiment and develop his theory of "individuation": an amazing internal journey, where each of us learns to establish a dialogue between our conscious and unconscious in order to fully become ourselves and gain access to a sense of unity and profound joy.
