Description

Description

The solid color cotton bed sheets from the Basic collection are woven with 100% combed cotton with 144 threads in modern looms, offering comfort in sleep as they are soft to the touch, breathable, and cool in summer and warm in winter.

With the special easy iron treatment, they will require minimal ironing if you iron them immediately after drying.

The selected colors and new generation dyes used guarantee hygiene.

What is combed cotton?

The combed cotton thread is a process of "cleaning" the cotton from various substances, unnecessary materials, dust, etc.

This results in a very smooth and soft thread as the fibers are more aligned, resulting in a fabric that is soft with vibrant colors and long lifespan.

Care

  • Wash at 40 degrees on a gentle cycle.
  • If washing for the first time, remove from packaging, open completely - spread them on the bed - and put them in the washing machine after crumpling them. Never put the sheets in the washing machine as they are in their original packaging.
  • For the first 2-3 washes, put the sheets/cases "inside out" in the washing machine. That is, if it is a case, turn it inside out so that the good side does not come into contact with the drum of the washing machine. This way, you will avoid lines in the pattern from contact with the drum, zippers from other clothes, etc.
  • Use a moderate, not strong, detergent - preferably liquid - for cotton fabrics/clothes.
  • Do not overload the washing machine, there should be enough space for the water and detergent to move.
  • Remove the sheets as soon as the washing machine finishes. This way, you will avoid wrinkles and problems with stains/fading from contact with other clothes.
  • Naturally dry them, not in direct sunlight or in a dryer, at a moderate temperature.
  • The sheets/cases should be washed frequently (every week) for hygiene reasons and to increase their lifespan. The microorganisms from the skin and the dust floating in the air stick to the fibers of the sheets, and if they are not washed frequently, they reduce the lifespan of the fabrics (they wear out quickly).
  • Iron the sheets initially from the inside out and then from the good side. This way, you will need less time overall to have a perfect result.

Save

In order to keep them soft, it is important to store them in a well-ventilated closet that is not humid and to let them dry well before storage.

If you are going to store them for a long period of time (more than 2, 3 months), it is very important to wash, dry, iron, and store them in a cotton fabric bag that is not tightly closed.

    I have black Nef-Nef sheets and pillowcases. I like the texture. If you get another intense color, buy dye powder and read the instructions, that way they will come out darker. I need to buy more Nef-Nef products because of their texture.
