It can be used for exercises such as Overhead Lunges, Push-Ups, Bear Crawls, Russian Twists, Squat Throws, Thrusters and Sit-Ups, as well as partner-throwing exercises. It is not suitable for slamming exercises. The vinyl coating is sweat-resistant; wiping the ball down after training is recommended.
