  • This review is about a variation of the product

I have been wearing it every day for two years now and it has truly shown not the slightest wear. Despite the visor, it remains impressively quiet even at high speeds, without the wind tiring the ears.

Its build quality has completely convinced me. So when it was time for a replacement, I didn’t look for anything else; I simply bought it again in the new colors.

Its strong point is that it is lightweight and has a good fit, and overall it is a nice helmet. The initial, smaller possible opening of the visor is not ideal for leaving it slightly open. It has good visibility but makes noise like all adventure helmets. You attach the intercom, and in fact high up, so it contributes even more to the noise. The sun visor opens and closes relatively easily. So I consider it a good purchase, but not value for money, etc.

The truth is that I expected it to be much more high-quality, for a helmet costing 360 euros.
The visor creaks annoyingly, at all speeds.
In my opinion, this helmet should cost a maximum of 200 to 220 euros.
It has quality pads inside and you feel comfortable on your head.
It only has design and nice color options.
A big positive is also its weight.
I would NOT buy it again under any circumstances.

Very beautiful but as Italians they emphasize design and not quality.
In the first month, the front tooth that hooks the visor when it closes broke. Nevertheless, it still seals even without it.
In the second year, the rubber bands around the visor came off, resulting in annoying sticking when opening and closing the visor and the internal glasses.
For aerodynamics, I would say it's good for its category, considering it has a peak and is adventure style.
That is, up to 120km/h it performs well.
Now, whether it will save you in an accident, fortunately I don't know. It may indeed be very good for the purpose it was made for, i.e., to protect you.
But in all other aspects, it is clearly not worth its money. It's in the range of €200

I hadn't worn a helmet for years (about 15). Previous experience with Shoei xr2. I wore the helmet for about an hour inside the house to see if it would tire me, I felt a bit uncomfortable but not distressed. Yesterday I received the motorcycle and did a 1 hour and 10 minute ride in the city and outside on a mountainous winding road. As long as I was going 50-100 km/h the visor did not fog up (without pinlock), in the mountains at lower speed and cold it fogged up a bit. It was not tiring at all while riding. I am very satisfied so far

Amazing aerodynamics, amazing field of view. Amazing feeling, honestly I can't understand what some people say about noise and such, the helmet is amazing even at 140 km/h on the highway. If you get the right size, it doesn't move or anything, and I'm coming from a street helmet, AGV K1 SV, so don't listen to nonsense. I would buy it again with my eyes closed

This review is about a variation of the product

The helmet is lightweight for 22.06, has a nice and soft feel in the right size, quality materials, and a very nice design. It has all the necessary features that high-end helmets have: double D ring, vents that open and close, extra pinlock, even a mount for a camera.

But unfortunately, it has a serious issue with noise even at 80-100 kilometers, especially if you have removed the visor, the situation becomes unbearable and you need earplugs.

I would not recommend it for use on the road or for travel; it seems to have an off-road orientation even though it is advertised as "all in one."

** Regarding other reviews, for me the visor closes perfectly and does not open on its own at high speed.

I have had it in my possession for a month now!!! I come from a Shoei NXR for 5 years now and I got this one for a change and at the same time I use both!!! Surely with the Commander 2, as soon as I wore it, I felt veryyyyy comfortable and a very nice feeling, nothing like the Shoei I have!!!! Perfect visibility, definitely a big deal, and the visor with the extra sun shield is also good quality. I had doubts from what I read about whether I would have turbulence and noise, and I have to say that with my bike, the CF 800 Explore, I don't hear anything different compared to the Shoei I have!!!!!! No extra noise and no turbulence!!!!! Surely the bike you use and what wind protection you have plays a role!!! Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase I made on offer for 350!!

A beautiful helmet, I would say, that is heavily advertised and yet not worth its money. The visor has no resistance to the air and closes by itself as soon as you accelerate. The button fastening seems nice, but with gloves on it's hard to find and it gets on your nerves. After one month of use, one of the screws from the visor fastening came off for no reason. The inner pads are mediocre, I would say. Not recommended for this price.

Coming from the HJC Rpha 70, I was very disappointed with the quality of this particular one. The visor did not fit properly, resulting in air leaking in even when locked. The air vents also let air in and I stuffed them with cotton to try and fix the situation. WAY too much noise and the materials, especially around the neck, started to wear out after the first 5 uses in the city.

Appearance-wise, it's one of the nicest helmets on the market for its price, I think it's barely worth 4/5. I'm not very satisfied with the noise issue. I understand that by design it's more open because it's an adventure helmet, but still, the wind deafens you if you go on the highway. I wear an intercom and on open roads I can't hear anything. I chose not to get a matte one because I was afraid it would show marks easily, whereas the glossy one wouldn't, but that's not entirely true. Also, from a minimal hit, the paint on the visor started to peel off slowly, and the visor alone sells for about €70. Personally, I bought it on sale for €390, which is totally worth it. At full price, I don't think so, maybe it's better to save another 200-300 euros to get a good Arai or Shoei so you know you paid for serious quality.

Nice, light, and seems quality as well. The future will show.
I didn't need to put the pinlock on in the winter, it didn't fog up, maybe because I didn't put the plastic for the chin guard and fresh air was coming in.
Unfortunately, I use it without the nice visor because it doesn't fit under the seat.
Negatively, the noise that the wind makes is annoying even at speeds below 100, let alone at higher speeds.
For long trips, earplugs might be needed.
Also, I would like the sun visor to be darker because without sunglasses, the sun is quite bothersome.

First impression is how lightweight it is, you feel it much lighter than it is, how comfortable it is, and how good visibility it provides. The quality of materials seems good but not excellent. On the road with a Transalp with a Kapa windshield, at speeds up to 130, there was no vibration, no turbulence, the peak didn't bother me at all, even when I turned my head left and right I didn't notice any change in the airflow. There is definitely more noise than the RPHA10 ST I had, but I always ride with earplugs so it doesn't bother me at all. Also, there is plenty of space for the ears, the intercom and earplugs don't bother you at all. What concerns me is the ventilation, I don't feel anything with the vents open, I'm used to the RPHA10 which was like turning on a fan when you opened the vent. Overall, I would say I'm impressed for such a helmet.

  • This is my first adventure helmet and I am absolutely satisfied! Clearly much lighter than the Shark I had for the city and long trips, very large field of vision, big air vent at the mouth that does a great job and 2 smaller ones at the top of the helmet. It has special slots for the intercom headphones, and the installation was very easy. In the box, there is also a special adapter to mount a camera on the chin. The only negative I can find is the noise I heard in my ears when I got on the highway and accelerated, but it is not intended for such use so it doesn't bother me too much. The visor, however, did not shake either on the dirt or on the highway! Overall, a very comfortable adventure helmet, ideal for on-off trips

As a former owner of the commander, I got the commander 2 and it is much better as a helmet. The differences I noticed are as follows:
    - The inner lining is several classes superior to the previous one
    - It has much better ventilation
    - I think it is quieter
    - They have made space for intercom installation

I don't have much experience with helmets; this is the second helmet I have bought, coming from an HJC Marvel Punisher from 2017. I just went to try the helmet on and see what size it is on my head, as I intended to buy it later. As soon as I put it on, I didn't think about it at all and immediately placed the order for the military green color. Fantastic color, and up close it is even more impressive; the padding is comfortable and the field of vision is perfect. I was a little afraid of the weight, but it doesn't bother you anywhere, and while riding you don't notice it. I would have liked the sun visor inside to be a little darker, but that is clearly just my opinion because I am used to wearing a dark visor. They have done a very good job there at Airoh, and everything is well thought out.

Ok for its money. Relatively light and with satisfactory quality. Good visor with quite good visibility.
Relatively short visor does not hide the sun well when it is opposite. If it were longer it would definitely make more noise, you can't have everything.
Honest helmet in the 400 euro range. In a little while when the price drops it will be even more value for money

Great helmet for on-off use. It is light and fits well on the head. Maybe the visor could be a click darker.

Very beautiful helmet, visibility perfect, it doesn't have much noise so if intercom is added it will be just fine, quality very good. I would like the air intakes to be somewhat better. Overall, it's worth it.

For 400 €, the quality is not worth it; it is on par with helmets that cost 200 €. It is simply a beautiful helmet

  • I have been wearing it every day for two years now and it has truly shown not the slightest wear. Despite the visor, it remains impressively quiet even at high speeds, without the wind tiring the ears.

Its build quality has completely convinced me. So when it was time for a replacement, I didn’t look for anything else; I simply bought it again in the new colors.

  • Its strong point is that it is lightweight and has a good fit, and overall it is a nice helmet.

  • The truth is that I expected it to be much more high-quality, for a helmet costing 360 euros.

  • Very beautiful but as Italians they emphasize design and not quality.

  • I hadn't worn a helmet for years (about 15).
