Flours and mixes without carbohydrates for keto diet suitable for special dietary uses. NoCarb® products comply with the requirements of Directive 2009/39/EC of the European Parliament and the Council.

Recipe:
  • 1 package NoCarb® Sponge Cake Mix
  • 5 large eggs (about 300 g)
  • 30 ml oil
  • 120 g sweetener of your choice

Method: Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, mix until they lighten and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg whites and whip into a stiff foam. Add the fiber mix to the egg yolk, incorporate, then add the egg white foam and mix gently.
