    People with a sensitive CNS may feel dizziness or initial stimulation from the salt (it is not from the magnesium). Do not stop using it. Just significantly reduce the dosage until your body gets used to it. Open the capsule and start with only half the dose of a pill and gradually increase the dose and you will have no side effects.

    It is really worth it. Amazing supplement for mental work. However, magtein will not increase your magnesium stores, it will just make you more mentally efficient. I just take one capsule in the morning for a boost and do not follow the recommended dosage. If you want to fill your magnesium stores, combine it with Magnesium Glycinate at night.

I took one in the evening (thankfully I didn't take a higher dose) and it immediately caused itching in my mouth and then on my body. Then it gave me asthma and severe acid reflux in my stomach. Finally, as if that wasn't enough, I had huge anxiety and only slept for one hour at night. Do your research before taking anything; maybe the magnesium itself isn't to blame for these, but definitely the excipients used in the preparation of the supplement. Prefer more vegan products without many additives.

    As a girl here in the schools says, the price is high. BUT
    Because I work out (aerobics) AND at the same time I work in a machine shop AND many times during the month we go to a leak at the PPC factory in the boilers, the hours are standard over 12 AND the openings are max 90 centimeters in height. In other words, being hunched over for over 12 hours AND carrying cut iron in the ash is really very tiring. There is no luxury of rest for two weeks. I’m telling you, after taking this specific supplement, I feel a huge difference in my body.
    And under normal working and exercising conditions, you feel even more how much it helps you because the body has rested AND does not have the extreme strain. If the product were 30 euros, it would truly be as useful as water.

    I just received the product and finally I see that I have to evaluate that on 13/06/2024 I bought the product for 43.81 euros and today on 19/06/2024, the price has increased to 54.76 euros!!! There is no hope!

    After 15 days of using the product, definitely 5 stars!!! However, I will let one shout out, because it is such a shame that people cannot do something good for their health at least if they don't have a thick wallet.
