Intercultural education must serve a fundamental principle: education for all students of a school unit, without discrimination, in accordance with the values of equality and social justice.
The challenges of modern multicultural and complex classroom environments, as well as the increased needs of the students they have, raise the demands and complexity of educational work, making the need for updating and supplementing the continuous training of educators imperative.
This collective volume aims to respond to this need by offering a variety of topics that interest a wide range of recipients, from students to educators, as well as education executives.
The substantiated theoretical approaches, the proposed applications that connect theory with practice, the examples of actions, and the original teaching practices will allow the reader to form a contemporary perception of intercultural education.
