As the U.S. Army advanced through France towards Germany, it faced fierce German resistance and worsening weather conditions. The winter of 1944-45 was very cold in northwestern Europe, and the soldiers caught in desperate battles during the Battle of the Ardennes found that the weather was almost as great an enemy as the hostile forces. Digging into the frozen ground became surprisingly difficult, and the men were grateful for every piece of winter clothing they could acquire.

This package includes everything you will need to build 30 US Army soldiers in winter uniforms, ideal for representing the men fighting in the frozen conditions of the Battle of the Ardennes. Each sprue contains:
