The last time I bought them, about a month ago, compared to the other capsules I had from the older box, I noticed a change in the color of the powder inside the capsule and a slightly lower quantity, which means that something has changed in the composition. I have almost taken all the capsules and they no longer do anything. I will not buy them again and I do not recommend them.
My doctor recommended it to me, one with every meal, and I saw a huge difference in the discomfort I had both in my stomach and intestines.
