  • Brand new extractor hood came out defective with a broken circuit board and from what I managed to hear in support from background noise, it seems to be a known issue because I heard a similar problem being described, probably for another person. Unacceptable!

This review is about width: 60 cm, colour: Black

We recently installed the extractor hood. Initially, -1 star because the required pipe diameter is not mentioned anywhere. While the instructions say ø15, I see with a tape measure that it is ø12.5. It has an internal ring with a diameter of ø11.5. I thought a 12-sized pipe would fit in between, but we had to use a different cap to make it fit.

In general, as an extractor hood, it is quite good. As someone else mentioned, it does not retain its settings, which means that if you want light, you have to turn it on and then press the light. Also, if you don't pull it out and press the light while it is "closed," after a few seconds it turns off automatically. The same goes for the speed settings. This means it does not turn on automatically when you pull it out; you always have to press the two buttons to start its operation.

Extractor hoods at half the price have these features and, if not better, are definitely very close in suction power. I don't know about its durability, but if I ever buy an extractor hood again, I will definitely look elsewhere.

As an extractor fan, it is good and quiet, but from the manufacturer, the wires for the LEDs were reversed. It provided power at the normal 12.19 Volts, but the wires leading to the plug were reversed, so I had to disassemble the entire extractor fan to check if the board was faulty. If you proceed with purchasing it, check immediately if everything works properly and then install it, because someone who doesn't know about electricals will have a problem.
