In the first few days, everything was fine, I liked it. After a while, the taste started to change. There are no special instructions for storage other than the classic dry and cool place. The box, to be honest, seemed quite cheap to me, so maybe, if you buy it, it would be wiser to put it in another container where it will be better preserved

Η μυρωδιά μου θύμιζε ελαφρώς μούχλα μετά από αυτό το διάστημα και κάποια σημεία μου φάνηκα πώς είχαν γίνει κάπως μπλε. Το κουτί του είναι η αλήθεια πώς μου φάνηκε αρκετά ευτελές, οπότε ίσως, αν το αγοράσετε, να είναι πιο σοφό να το βάλετε σε κάποιο άλλο δοχείο οπού θα διατηρείται καλύτερα
I have tried quite a few, it is the most balanced and refreshing in taste that I have tried. It really works without bloating like some others with a pleasant taste and remarkable performance. I will definitely get it again!

As pretty much all isotonic drinks have the same characteristics, the price per dosage is a big factor for me..... In this brand, we have the best ratio (speaking for purchases from Greece).... According to the company, it is hypotonic (the truth is that it has fewer carbohydrates compared to isotonic drinks) but I did not notice any difference in my workouts compared to others (high5, PowerBar, Sis etc). When I need 3 doses in every workout >3 hours, the price is a matter....
Καθώς λίγο πολύ όλα τα ισοτονικά έχουν τα ίδια χαρακτηριστικά, μεγάλη βάση για μένα έχει η τιμή ανά δοσολογία..... Σε αυτή τη μάρκα έχουμε την καλύτερη αναλογία(για αγορά από Ελλάδα μιλάμε).... Σύμφωνα με την εταιρία είναι υποτονικό(η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχει λιγότερους υδατάνθρακες σε σχέση με τα ισοτονικά) αλλά εγώ δεν κατάλαβα καμία διαφορά στις προπονήσεις σε σχέση με τα άλλα (high5, PowerBar, Sis etc). Όταν χρειάζομαι 3 δόσεις σε κάθε προπόνηση >3 ώρες είναι θέμα η τιμή....
