HydroClean®Advance Hartmann Polyacrylic Hydroactive Dressing with Drainage-Absorption Function and Polyhexanide PHMB. The dressing is suitable for moist wound treatment, particularly in cases with reduced healing tendency.
It is particularly useful for treating chronic and poorly healing wounds during the cleaning and granulation stage. It can also be used for treating infected wounds and reactivating stagnant healing processes.
The dressing provides the Ringer solution to the wound for up to three days, performing interactive and continuous wound rinsing, as it absorbs the exudate. The antibiotic prophylaxis it contains neutralizes metalloproteinases (MMP), enhancing wound healing.
