    This is a typical scam product as the Italians usually make. It was purchased a year ago. To work, a water filter is necessary which costs 15-20 euros and must be changed every 6 months; otherwise, the steam starts to smell bad. Before it is changed, a red notification appears which, according to the Italians, disappears when the filter is changed. The filter has been replaced, but the notification remains. What is scandalous is that the company has stopped producing these filters for a few months now, and those poor souls who bought this iron will throw it away in a few months. I have a principle of staying away from Italian products for obvious reasons, but in this case, 150 euros were wasted. Never again!
