They can be used for strength, balance and rehabilitation exercises, as well as in Pilates, yoga and aerobics programs to increase the intensity of mat or gym equipment exercises.

Their size is the same across all weight options. To care for them, store them in a cool, dry, shaded place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, with no weight placed on top. Clean them with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap if needed, and allow them to dry completely before storing.
