The AMILA Palm Ball hand-strengthening balls feature an ergonomic texture for a secure grip in the palm and are made of PVC filled with sand. They are used to build strength and add intensity to exercises on a mat or with fitness equipment, such as Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and rehabilitation exercises. Their third-generation design was developed with input from Greek fitness instructors.

The balls are easy to carry and can be used at home or at the gym. To care for them, store them in a cool, dry, shaded place, away from sunlight and heat sources, and do not place weights on top of them. Clean them with a slightly damp cloth, water, and mild soap, avoiding abrasive cleaners. Make sure they are completely dry before storing.
