The supplement helps balance the intestinal microbiome and is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age. The recommended intake is one capsule daily with a meal and water, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Take it two hours before or after medication. The capsule may be opened and its contents mixed with water, milk, or fruit juice (not hot) and consumed immediately.
