Posca markers, shake the marker well with the cap closed until you hear the ball rattle, remove the cap and press the tip several times on a test paper until the ink starts flowing to the tip.

To make them permanently indelible depending on the material, do the following:

• Paper/Cardboard: No action is needed, the pigments of Posca will be absorbed by the fibers of the paper, making them permanently indelible.
• Clay/Polymer Clay (Premo, Fimo, Cernit): Bake the items in a kitchen oven for 45 minutes at 220°C, then spray with a clear spray varnish.
• Fabric: For fabrics that can be washed afterward, iron the fabric from the reverse side for 5 minutes (without steam). After that, the fabric can be washed up to 40°C.
• Porcelain: For permanent fixing on cups and mugs, bake the items in a kitchen oven for 45 minutes at 160°C. The items can then be washed afterwards up to 40°C.
• Metal: Spray with clear spray varnish.
• Glass: Bake the items in a kitchen oven for 45 minutes at 160°C, then spray with a clear spray varnish.
• Wood: Spray with clear spray varnish.
• Plastic: Spray with clear spray varnish.

Posca markers are indelible markers, and their ink is water-based, non-toxic, lightfast, and waterproof. Their colors are vibrant and opaque. They adhere to all surfaces: paper, cardboard, wood, metal, porcelain, glass, fabric, rubber, latex, vinyl, etc.
