Tight Regular Loose
I bought them as part of dealing with a plantar fasciitis problem, following a high rating on a foreign website (runrepeat) that also evaluates the suitability of shoes for this condition.
They definitely absorb shocks and support my weight (100 kg) better.
It is very convenient for me that they do not have regular laces.
Although they are of an "open" type and have good breathability, they still keep the foot temperature well and I will not suffer in winter.
Unlike the New Balance 530 that I bought for the same reason, where I walk and can almost feel the air on my toes. Excellent for summer, problematic for winter.
The R-6000 achieves a very good balance.
However, one needs to get used to them. I have always worn flat tennis-style athletic shoes, and the difference in height between the heel and the front of the foot - as running shoes have, AND as is recommended in the case of plantar fasciitis so that the sole "works" less / is less strained during walking - does not always feel helpful to me.
...specifically,
a) because in this condition the pain is not focused, but the inflammation affects the rest of the foot at intervals (sideways, higher up, on the side, etc.), this curve makes me feel more pressure in the middle of the foot, which is the most uncomfortable point in the pain focus.
b) because the heel is higher, they become more uncomfortable when I sit in a chair, where I spend a large part of the day for work and reading. In this position it is more comfortable for the whole foot to rest evenly; otherwise pressure/tension builds up.
...and because of the condition I cannot stretch my legs out in front of me resting them on the heel, because then that is the fastest way to intensify the discomfort.
c) this extra pressure on the front toes due to the internal slope/height difference of the sole on the inside also does not help at all when standing.
...clearly I want less pressure on the heel and the middle of the sole, but in this case the degree of cushioning and the thickness of the sole help more than the internal slope, which makes them more uncomfortable.
OVERALL
- They seem high-quality and durable, while also being lightweight.
- They are practical because they do not have regular laces,
- they have good cushioning,
- they maintain a good balance between foot ventilation and temperature retention, for colder days
- the difference in sole height back-to-front may be recommended for walking in this condition, but when standing and using them in an office they become more uncomfortable.

Σαφέστατα αποσβαίνουν κραδασμούς και κρατούν το βάρος μου (100κ) καλύτερα.
Πολύ βολικό για μένα ότι δεν έχει κοινά κορδόνια.
Παρότι είναι "ανοιχτού" τύπου και έχει καλή αναπνευσιμότητα, εντούτοις κρατάει καλά τη θερμοκρασία του ποδιού και δεν θα υποφέρω τον χειμώνα.
Σε αντίθεση με New Balance 530 που πήρα για τον ίδιο λόγο, που περπατώ και νιώθω σχεδόν τον αέρα στα δάχτυλα. Εξαιρετικό για το καλοκαίρι, προβληματικό για τον χειμώνα.
Το Ρ-6000 επιτυγχάνει μια πολύ καλή ισορροπία.
Εντουτοις χρειάζονται να τα συνηθίσει κανείς. Εγώ φορούσα πάντα επίπεδα τενιστικά αθλητικά παπούτσια και η διαφορά ύψους της σόλας στη φτέρνα και και στο μπροστινό μέρος του ποδιού - όπως έχουν τα υποδήματα για τρέξιμο ΚΑΙ όπως συστήνεται στη περίπτωση της πελματιαίας απονευρωσίτιδας για να "δουλεύει" λιγότερο / καταπονείται λιγότερο το πέλμα στο βάδισμα - δεν νιώθω να με βοηθάει πάντα.
...συγκεκριμένα,
α) επειδή σ' αυτή τη πάθηση ο πόνος δεν είναι επικεντρωμένος αλλά η φλεγμονή επηρεάζει κ το υπόλοιπο πόδι ανά περιόδους (πλάγια, ψηλά, στο πλάϊ κοκ), αυτή η καμπύλη με κάνει και αισθάνομαι περισσότερη πίεση στο μέσο του ποδιού, που είναι το πιο άβολο σημείο στην επικέντρωση του πόνου.
β) επειδή ακριβώς η φτέρνα είναι ψηλότερα, γίνονται πιο άβολα όταν κάθομαι στη καρέκλα, όπου περνώ μεγάλο μέρος της μέρας για εργασία κ διάβασμα. Σε αυτή τη στάση είναι πιο βολικό να πατάει ισομερώς όλο το πόδι, αλλιώς συσσωρεύει πίεση/ένταση.
...και λόγω της πάθησης δεν μπορώ να τεντώσω τα πόδια μπροστά στηρίζοντάς τα στη φτέρνα, γιατί τότε αυτός είναι ο πιο γρήγορος τρόπος να επιταθεί η ενόχληση.
γ) αυτή η πρόσθετη πίεση στα μπροστινα δάχτυλα λόγω της εσωτερικής κλίσης/υψομετρικής διαφοράς της σόλας στο εσωτερικό επίσης δεν βοηθάει καθόλου στην ορθοστασία.
...σαφώς θέλω λιγότερη πίεση στη φτέρνα και το μέσο του πέλματος, αλλά σε αυτή τη περίπτωση βοηθάει περισσότερο ο βαθμός απόσβεσης κ το πάχος της σόλας, παρά η εσωτερική κλίση, που τα καθιστά πιο άβολα.
ΣΥΝΟΛΙΚΑ
- Φαίνονται ποιοτικά κ ανθεκτικά, ενώ είναι κ ελαφριά.
- είναι χρηστικά με την έλλειψη των κοινών κορδονιών,
- έχουν καλή απόσβεση,
- κρατούν καλή ισορροπία ανάμεσα στον αερισμό των ποδιών και τη διατήρηση της θερμοκρασίας, για τις πιο κρύες μέρες
- η διαφορά ύψους της σόλας πίσω-μπροστά μπορεί να συστήνεται για το βάδισμα στη περίπτωση της πάθησης, αλλά στην ορθοστασία και στη χρήση σε γραφείο γίνονται πιο άβολα.

α) επειδή σ' αυτή τη πάθηση ο πόνος δεν είναι επικεντρωμένος αλλά η φλεγμονή επηρεάζει κ το υπόλοιπο πόδι ανά περιόδους (πλάγια, ψηλά, στο πλάϊ κοκ), αυτή η καμπύλη με κάνει και αισθάνομαι περισσότερη πίεση στο μέσο του ποδιού, που είναι το πιο άβολο σημείο στην επικέντρωση του πόνου.
β) επειδή ακριβώς η φτέρνα είναι ψηλότερα, γίνονται πιο άβολα όταν κάθομαι στη καρέκλα, όπου περνώ μεγάλο μέρος της μέρας για εργασία κ διάβασμα. Σε αυτή τη στάση είναι πιο βολικό να πατάει ισομερώς όλο το πόδι, αλλιώς συσσωρεύει πίεση/ένταση.
...και λόγω της πάθησης δεν μπορώ να τεντώσω τα πόδια μπροστά στηρίζοντάς τα στη φτέρνα, γιατί τότε αυτός είναι ο πιο γρήγορος τρόπος να επιταθεί η ενόχληση.
γ) αυτή η πρόσθετη πίεση στα μπροστινα δάχτυλα λόγω της εσωτερικής κλίσης/υψομετρικής διαφοράς της σόλας στο εσωτερικό επίσης δεν βοηθάει καθόλου στην ορθοστασία.
