I would say it's a bad book. For a self-help book, it tells you almost nothing and doesn't go deep. Literally, there are several pages where the author writes what helped him in general, e.g. "1 walks at sunset, 2 popcorn at the cinema, 3 peanut butter for breakfast," and it stops there without further analysis. Also, it repeats itself many times and there is no coherence.
