When feelings become words

Droplets” is a unique collection of thoughts and emotions, written with poetic sensitivity and tenderness. Each short text is a “droplet” – a moment, a breath, an image from everyday life or from within ourselves. The book touches our most vulnerable and genuine sides, with words that seem simple but hide deep meanings.

Suitable for you if...

  • You want a book that will accompany you in moments of calm and introspection.
  • You love poetic passages that capture the ineffable in a few words.
  • You're looking for a gift with emotion and meaning for loved ones.

What you will find in its pages:

  • Small extracts of life, like snapshots of thought or heart.
  • Texts about love, loneliness, friendship, anticipation, acceptance.
  • Words that speak with simplicity and honesty, as if they were written for you.

Why read it:

“Drops” is not a book to be read in one sitting. It is a book to be leafed through again and again, with each drop leaving you with a different feeling. It is the voice inside you, spoken by someone who knows what it’s like to feel a lot and say little.

"We’ve arrived," Jenny said, touching her lightly on the leg. "Loukas, we’ve arrived, my love, just like we said, okay?"

"Is this it? Mom? Here? Can I get out?"

"Wait. Let me pay. Loukas! I said wait," Jenny said, anxiously searching her wallet for a banknote. "Thank you!" she said hurriedly to the driver and opened the door.

As all three got out of the car and left the coolness of the air conditioning, the dry city heat wrapped around them tightly, just a few meters from the cemetery entrance. They stood still for a moment, until Jenny nodded "let’s go" and started off first. The children followed her. They passed through the gate and walked toward the church. Some people were already outside while others were descending the steps with somber faces. The funeral service had just ended. Jenny, Evi, and Loukas stood awkwardly a little apart, as if they didn’t know how to move. A few minutes later, they saw Mrs. Evangelia coming down as well, murmuring a faint "Thank you" to those who approached her to offer their condolences.

  • Paper quality
  • Was it easy to read?
  • Was it interesting enough?
  • I liked the writing style
  • I would read a book by the same author
  • I would recommend it for reading
  • I can say with certainty that for someone to be excited about this book, they must have read very little in their life and only similarly light readings. A commercial bubble that, if it did not have the signature of the otherwise wonderful author, would certainly not have the success it has now.
