A very fast SSD, especially if you're coming from PCIe 4.0 or an older generation. The speeds offered by PCIe 5.0 are truly impressive, mainly for large file transfers and more demanding tasks.
For everyday program launches and gaming, though, the differences compared with a good PCIe 4.0 SSD aren't as significant as one might expect from looking at the benchmark figures.
The only thing I'd like is a little more capacity, as 1TB fills up relatively easily these days, especially if you install several modern games.
Overall, it's a very good choice if you want a fast, next-generation SSD, as long as you can find it at a reasonable price. However, I don't think it's worth paying a much higher premium just for PCIe 5.0 if your usage is mainly gaming.
