I have had it for almost two years. It heats up easily and becomes non-stick when it reaches the right temperature. I also bought its lid and use it as a pot since it is quite deep. The exterior scratches very easily. Unfortunately, its bottom warped, which I did not expect since it was neither exposed to high temperatures nor used roughly.

Today I was informed by the store where I bought it (kokken) that although the company believes the bottom warped due to misuse, they will replace the cookware for me. Obviously, apart from quality, you also pay for the reliability of the importer and the sellers.
Το έχω σχεδόν δύο χρόνια. Ζεσταίνεται εύκολα κ γίνεται αντικολλητικό όταν πιάσει την κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία. Αγόρασα κ το καπάκι του κ το χρησιμοποιώ κ ως κατσαρόλα εφόσον είναι αρκετά βαθύ. Το εξωτερικό χαράσσεται πολύ εύκολα. Δυστυχώς ο πάτος του στραβωσε κάτι που δεν το περίμενα αφού ούτε σε μεγάλες θερμοκρασίες εκτέθηκε ούτε σκληρή χρήση έγινε.

Σήμερα ενημερώθηκα από το κατάστημα που το αγόρασα (kokken) ότι παρόλο που η Εταιρεία θεωρεί ότι ο πάτος στράβωσε από λάθος χειρισμό, θα μου αντικαταστήσει το σκεύος. Προφανώς πέραν της ποιότητας πληρώνεις κ για την σοβαρότητα του εισαγωγέα κ των πωλητών.
Very good! Attention....all these pans ALWAYS need to be preheated properly to be truly non-stick. Otherwise, if you place the food directly, the result (in terms of non-stick) will be disappointing. An easy test is with a few drops of water....if they "sizzle" together, it means they are not ready yet....once the drops essentially become one...then you are okay to put the food in and see impressive results.
Πολύ καλό! Προσοχή....όλα αυτά τα τηγάνια θέλουν ΠΑΝΤΑ να έχουν προθερμανθεί σωστά για να είναι όντως αντικολλητικά. Σε άλλη περίπτωση, αν τοποθετήσεις το φαγητό κατευθείαν τότε το αποτέλεσμα (σε θέμα αντικολλητικού) θα είναι απογοητευτικό. Ένα εύκολο τεστ είναι με λίγες σταγόνες νερό....αν ''σπιθιρίζουν'' πολλές μαζί , σημαίνει πως δεν είναι ακόμη έτοιμο....μόλις οι σταγόνες γίνουν ουσιαστικά μια...τότε είσαι οκ να βάλεις το φαγητό και να δεις εντυπωσιακά αποτελέσματα.
It is an awesome pan and a bit heavy, which is logical considering its quality, even though it is the company's budget option with the three-layer bottom. It heats up quickly and retains temperature due to its good bottom. When the non-stick coating wears off, you can send it to the company and they will apply a new coating for 1/3 of the price, and it will be like new again since the metal will never break.
