Description

Mr. Minister, I must admit that your proposal leaves me speechless. Are we going to place replicas of the Parthenon sculptures on the Acropolis? This is pure fraud. The murder of a guard at the archaeological site of Eleusis is being investigated by police officer Antigone Ferleki and her team.

When the murder is linked to antiquities smuggling, the country's political leadership is mobilized and the Director of Attica Security, Kostas Haritos, takes over the supervision of the operation. However, the direction of the investigation changes when a letter from three archaeologists reaches their hands, in which they explain that they have no connection to the guard's murder, but simply "borrowed" some antiquities from Eleusis in order to create, with the help of artificial intelligence tools, faithful replicas of the stolen Parthenon sculptures.

A few days later, they set up the first replicas on Lycabettus Hill and convince the Ministers of Tourism and Culture that this is an opportunity to increase visitor numbers and also to put pressure on the British government to return the originals. However, the murders that follow complicate matters and the involvement of foreign individuals overturns their resolution.
