…He conceived something magnificent, imaginative, and time-consuming! Something that required him to surpass his limits and tame his impatience.

The idea was to collect, within one school year, as many apple seeds as possible, in order to plant them in the summer in his homeland, aiming to revive the lost variety of his grandfather’s apples, the “Hesperides”!

A difficult task with uncertain results. But the goal was sacred and worth the effort to try. Sometimes, to avoid giving up, he kept telling himself that he wanted to see if the saying “fortune favors the bold” was true!
