Problems during setup (Comments on technical preparation):
TPM 2.0 Disabled: The laptop was delivered with TPM disabled in the BIOS, resulting in Windows 11 not recognizing system compatibility and blocking all critical security updates.
Expired Windows Version (End of Service): The pre-installed version of Windows was very old, which, combined with the disabled TPM, made automatic updating via Windows Update impossible.
Driver Issues (Audio): Due to outdated software and lack of updates, there was an initial inability to recognize the speakers, which requires manual intervention and time-consuming upgrade via Installation Assistant and Dell Command Update.
Conclusion:

Σημαντικό Tip για τον θόρυβο: Μην τρομάξετε στο πρώτο setup! Ο ανεμιστήρας ακούγεται κυριολεκτικά σαν κινητήρας jet. Για να γίνει αθόρυβο το μηχάνημα, πρέπει οπωσδήποτε:
Να κατεβάσετε το Dell Command | Update για να περάσετε το τελευταίο BIOS και τους drivers.
Να ανοίξετε το Dell Power Management και να επιλέξετε το profile 'Quiet' ή 'Optimized'.
Μετά από αυτά, το laptop είναι πλέον αθόρυβο και οι επιδόσεις του i7 με τα 32GB RAM απλά δεν παίζονται.

Excellent machine, excellent value. First class refurb with top specs as advertised. Happily handles 15+ tabs, very good screen resolution. Touchscreen!! GR keyboard. Light & easy to carry around. Have been using it for work (translating) etc. for about a month now and am very happy.

Very great value for money, it works really good. The only problem I had was that there were no windows in it and I had to install them myself, idk if it was a mistake, but if someone doesn’t know how to do it it would be a problem and would cost them money. Except this issue everything is great, I’m very very satisfied.
