The Draft for a Scientific Psychology (1895) is a foundational work in Freudian literature that pertains to the origins of psychoanalysis and was first published in 1950. It is being published here for the first time in Greek.
"It contains the core of a significant part of the later Freudian psychological theories. Its discovery sheds light on some of Freud's darkest fundamental assumptions. […] It contributed to the understanding of the theoretical seventh chapter of The Interpretation of Dreams and also haunts almost all of Freud's subsequent theoretical writings."
The work essentially covers the entire Freudian corpus and contains almost every idea found within it: from exploring consciousness and the concept of the unconscious, as well as those of mental energy and instinct, to "the influence of environment on the organism and the corresponding reaction of the organism."
