Angeliki Nikolouli is an acclaimed journalist-investigator who made history as the first woman to work in crime reporting in Greece.
Since 1995, she has hosted the legendary show “Light in the Tunnel” (SKAI, ALTER, ALPHA, MEGA), achieving exceptionally high television ratings that reached up to 70%. Through her relentless research, she has contributed to the solving of 32 murders, while also bringing to light dozens of dark cases that had been neglected by the authorities. To date, in 1,015 episodes of “Tunnel,” over 1,870 missing persons have been found, an achievement that has earned her a place in the Guinness Book of Records twice.
The reputation of her work has spread abroad, with television networks from France, Italy, Russia, and other countries dedicating airtime to her. The Japanese even chose “Light in the Tunnel” among shows from 40 countries as an example of outstanding social contribution.
She has been honored with 25 awards and distinctions, including those from the Hellenic Police and the European Union, and was named a Goodwill Ambassador by the governor of Tennessee.
