Ouzo Vythos combines quality ingredients and traditional production methods. The water comes from the slopes of Mount Helicon, while the anise is collected from the villages of Evia with expert care, offering freshness and quality. Fennel, a sacred herb of antiquity, completes the aromatic composition and harmoniously blends with the anise. The aromatic profile includes notes of mastic, cardamom, and cardamon.

The distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, giving the ouzo a unique character. All the fruits and herbs of the recipe undergo the distillation process, ensuring intense aromas. Production includes rigorous checks at every stage to guarantee absolute quality.
