Athens 1949.
A young man returns from the Hitleric concentration camp where he was held for years. Expecting freedom and return, he is burdened with a multitude of dreams. He finds the girl he loves married to someone else and Greece in the aftermath of the December events torn apart by civil conflict.
The "free" life doesn't seem as simple as he expected...
"People and Days" is chronologically the first complete theatrical work of the patriarch of post-war dramatics, Iakovos Kampanellis. It was discovered in a handwritten manuscript in 2000 and has remained unpublished until today.
