Amorgion rakomelo is a traditional Cycladic drink with roots in old folk remedies. Originally, it consisted of raki, sugar, cinnamon, and clove, used by islanders to relieve sore throat pain. Over time, thyme honey and eight herbs that thrive in Amorgos were added, creating a unique drink that combines tradition and flavor.
